Tired of Snickerdoodle cookie lattes that don’t actually taste like your favorite cookie? This Vegan Snickerdoodle Cookie Latte is the real deal! Don’t just add cinnamon and sugar to coffee and call it a day. That’s ineffective and, frankly, boring. Our dairy free snickerdoodle latte uses an easy cinnamon simple syrup to give your coffee, and your taste buds, an experience that is anything but boring.
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and let simmer uncovered for 15 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and a syrup texture.
Remove from heat and carefully remove the cinnamon sticks.
Make the Latte:
Optional: Rim your mug with vegan butter and dip in a cinnamon sugar blend.
Add 2-3 Tbsp cinnamon syrup to your mug followed by the 1-2 shots of espresso. Top with steamed oat milk.
To serve, you can optionally top with whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon and sugar, and/or a snickerdoodle cookie. Enjoy!

We make this vegan latte in our Salton Barista+ which we adore because you can make lattes and cappuccinos with the touch of a single button. It’s made our mornings so much easier!
Turn on your Salton One Touch Barista+. Make sure your water and milk containers are full. Wait for the icons to stop blinking.
Add your coffee to the Portafilter basket and insert into the locked position.
Optional: Rim your mug with vegan butter and a cinnamonsugar blend.
Add 2-3 Tbsp cinnamon syrup to your cup and place under the Portafilter basket.
Move the milk frothing lever to the left over the cup, so it pours directly into it.
Then, select the single or double latte button and let the Barista+ work its magic!
