We made these using both peanuts and chopped up salt free almonds and they were a hit with the family! The only issue that came up (and were wondering if you had a solution) was when our daughter would pack a bar for lunch. Even though she packed it with an ice pack in her lunch bag, she found that the bar would "melt" when she ate it at her desk (she packs her lunch for work). We keep them in the refrigerator (we bought candy bar wraps to store them in) but noticed that they get very soft when left out for any period of time. Still delicious! Thanks!!
