Made this for the Christmas Brunch and it is easy and delicious. It is great for GF and I did not layer as the recipe said to, as I read that part too late, I really do not think it made much of a difference. I will be making this again, usually make quiches. Thank you.

I was hesitant to make this for Christmas brunch, due to lack of comments, but ultimately decided to try. It was wonderful, turned out amazing. I use Morningstar chorizo instead of sausage and country crocks plant cream, weighed out 24oz of just egg and baked for 55 mins, I’m pretty high elevation. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Vegans and omnis thoroughly enjoyed it!

We consider this a special ocasion brunch option. I will say, though, this recipe is made to feed a large crowd and when you calculate the price per serving, it's far more cost-effective than taking everyone out for breakfast.

Sure does sound yummy however, very expensive to make. Two bottles of JUSY is almost $15.00 - never mind all the other ingredients. A lot of people could never afford to make this. Too bad - reminds me o the old recipe or WifeSavers Christmas Morning Brunch.
