Like in this recipe, you add the soy curls along with the remainder of the ingredients and they rehydrate in the stew itself, soaking up all that delicious flavor. We add extra liquid and seasoning to the recipe specifically for this purpose. It allows you to skip the rehydrating step and makes things a lot easier!
