I have made so many delicious recipes from the Plant Power Couple, and I have noticed this one many times only to pass it over for other things (I am not a huge soup lover). Well, we have been cursed by the flu in this house and we needed soup...and quickly! Because I already keep the key ingredient (the homemade bouillon powder) in my pantry AT ALL TIMES, this came together in just a few minutes. It is so delicious! This is my 3rd recipe I've used from this site, thanks for turning me on to soy curls, I haven't used these before and they are tasty, economical and nutritious. I used 1 cup of orzo instead of spaghetti, other than that no changes, including making the bouillon myself. I couldn't believe how accurate the flavor profile was, I mean really spot on, savory and truly a comfort food!
