Hello! oh my goodness! I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this recipe! I have been a vegetarian for a long time and this recipe is a game changer. hands down, my favorite! quick question, I think I missed a step as my breadcrumbs fell off. you do state "Add the bread crumbs and cheesy garlic blend and mix with a whisk". am I missing something for the cheesy garlic blend??? thanks again, can't wait to try more recipes!!

Wow! This was so good! I doubled the recipe so we could have it for two nights. The first night, they were tasty, but the cutlets still had a tofu-y texture. The next night, however, after they spent a day in the fridge and were heated up in the microwave, they were PERFECT. I served them with some penne the second night with a quick tomato sauce with Italian herbs. Very chicken-y on night #2. I keep halving your chicken bouillon powder recipe because it seems like it makes so much, but it's gone before I know it!

In reply to Michele Rose. Hi, Michelle. We don't really recommend making this type of recipe without any oil. I can't guarantee the taste or quality of texture in the tofu. If you have a lot of water in your marinade, this greatly affects the texture of your tofu as well as the cooking time. We suggest using a marinade with an oil base and only minimal water when absolutely necessary. The oil in the marinade will also help you get that crispy oven-fried effect. If you do decide to go ahead and make this oil-free, I'd love to hear the results. Hope you have a great day!
